1. Shipping Options: At Johan Denegri, we offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs, ranging from standard to expedited delivery services. Our shipping partners include reputable carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services. Depending on your location and urgency, you can choose the shipping method that best suits you during the checkout process.

Johan Denegri can ship to most countries in the world, covering North and South America, South America, Europe, United Kingdom, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more.

2. Shipping Cost: The shipping cost varies based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the chosen shipping method. Standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For bulk orders or international shipments, please contact our Customer Care team contact@johandenegri.com for a tailored quote. User must enter their address to calculate the shipping cost.

3. Processing Time Orders: Typically begin processing within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-designed print clothing may require additional processing time due to their personalized nature. We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing during peak seasons.

4. Delivery Timeframes:

a. Domestic Orders: Domestic deliveries usually take between 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for expedited shipping.

b. International Orders: International delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping option selected. Generally, standard international shipping takes 7-21 business days, while expedited shipping can range from 3-7 business days. Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control.

5. Customs duties & taxes: Duties and taxes apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Johan Denegri is not responsible for any duties and taxes charged on its products. The amount of customs taxes is dependent on policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clear information.

6. Ship your order: After placing an order, you will receive a product information confirmation e-mail. After the payment, you will receive a successful payment confirmation e-mail. After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping information confirmation e-mail, contains tracking number, you can check the shipping state with the tracking number.

7. Address Changes: It is crucial that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. Johan Denegri cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed. Addition al shipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address and needs to be re-shipped.

Important Notes:

1. All delivery time are approximate for reference only.

2. Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May to 3rd May every year), Chinese National Day (1st Oct to 7st Oct every year).

Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.

3. Johan Denegri ships all packages from our warehouse and distribution center.
