Refund Policy
At Johan Denegri, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Procedure:
- a. Take a clear photo of the item.
b. Send the photos and order ID to the customer care team contact@johandenegri.com and tell them about your problems and the resolution you prefer (return, refund, exchange, resend).
c. The customer care team will send you the address of Johan Denegri’s International Center, please do not send the package back to where it came from, or it would delay your refund procedure.
d. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
e. Notify us the tracking number after you have returned the product(s).
f. All the exchanges or refunds will be processed within 2 working days once we have received the product(s)
2. Notice
- a. The Package must be restored to the unopened state.
b. Returned products must be returned in original product packaging.
c. Returned products must have no visible signs of wear or use.
d. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
e. The returned package must be printed and accompanied by an RMA slip.
f. The package must be sent to the address that Johan Denegri offers by email.
g. Customer is responsible for all return charges.
h. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
i. The following products cannot be returned or exchanged: Jewelry, beauty products, underwear.
j. No exchange or return or amendments on promotional products or last-chance products.
k. Customer should be responsible to the delivery problems caused by the wrong address.
l. We are only responsible for returns and refunds for products from Johan Denegri.
For the below circumstances, we don’t accept a refund request without return. However, we can offer a coupon for your next order, please contact our customer care for details:
- a. Don’t like the item.
b. Not fit as expected without any quality problems.
c. Shipping status shows delivered but the buyer did not receive.
d. Differences/misunderstanding (on products/fabric) which has already been claimed in our description/title.
3. Exchange: We currently do not offer exchanges.
